Vintage 30’s-era Christmas Card from legendary fan dancer: Noel Toy, who personalized it: “Sorry, photo deleted by LaGuardia and Moss — and left me with only a feather!!”   A reference to Mayor LaGuardia’s recent crackdown on Vice in New York City.. Paul Moss was LaGuardia’s arch-conservative Licensing Commissioner; and the point man on many of the vice raids that occurred on local NYC Burlesque theatres..
