“One of the beauties in the first full scale Broadway show brought here is Gia-Mo, of the ‘Magic Carpet Revue’. Daughter of a Chinese Episcopalian bishop, she fled the Communists in 1949 and came to the United States where she entered Carnegie Tech. During her senior year, she taught stage movements at Pennsylvania College for Women. And following graduation, appeared on Broadway in ‘The King and I’.. Gia-Mo married to an American GI, is 5’ 4”, 115 pounds, and 36-23-36 where it counts..”
