“Sexotic” Francine Featured in a 50’s-era promotional handbill for the ‘HUDSON Theatre’ in Union City, NJ.. When Mayor LaGuardia banned Burlesque theatres from existing in NYC.. Dancers moved to the nightclubs of 52nd Street’s “Strip Alley” instead.  And Burlesque theatre owners simply moved their operations to the environs surrounding NYC; like nearby Newark and Union City, located in New Jersey..
